2. Personal data
When using BigChina, you may be asked to provide some of your personal data and the data of the company you represent, by filling out a form or otherwise. Personal data is used to verify the credibility of users, as well as for marketing purposes, provided that your personal data (such as e-mail address) will not be transferred or sold to any third party that could use it for marketing purposes.
2.1. At the time of accepting these Regulations, the User agrees to the processing of his personal data in accordance with its content. The provisions of these Regulations do not prejudice the generally applicable provisions.
2.2. The administrator of personal data is BigChina Sp z o.o. with headquarters in Krakow at Zamknieta Street 10/1.5 entered into the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000282678, NIP: 9452081208, REGON: 120479774 and KRS 0000282678.
2.3. The website processes Users’ personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
2.4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the website is:
a) the need to implement the contract concluded between the website and the User,
b) consent of the User,
c) fulfillment of obligations imposed on the party by generally applicable law.
2.5. Users’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after this period for the purposes and for the time and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims, or until the consent is withdrawn.

2.9. The Website has the right to disclose Users’ data only to entities authorized to do so under the mandatory provisions of law; in any other case, the provision of the User’s personal data depends on his consent to perform such an action.
3. Unannounced Messages
We reserve the right to send unsolicited messages to people whose contact details we obtain through BigChina-related activities. This term is understood as information relating directly to BigChina (e.g. changes, internal promotions), non-commercial letters (e.g. wishes, articles, etc.)
and commercial information related to the activities of BigChina or BigChina’s customers. Such messages may be sent electronically (e-mail) or by traditional means to the address provided during registration with BigChina.
