1. Changes to the Privacy Policy
BigChina reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Each person using BigChina in any way is subject to the current Privacy Policy.
2. Personal data

2.3. The website processes Users’ personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
2.4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the website is:
a) the need to implement the contract concluded between the website and the User,
b) consent of the User,
c) fulfillment of obligations imposed on the party by generally applicable law.
2.5. Users’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after this period for the purposes and for the time and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims, or until the consent is withdrawn.

We reserve the right to send unsolicited messages to people whose contact details we obtain through BigChina-related activities. This term is understood as information relating directly to BigChina (e.g. changes, internal promotions), non-commercial letters (e.g. wishes, articles, etc.)
and commercial information related to the activities of BigChina or BigChina’s customers. Such messages may be sent electronically (e-mail) or by traditional means to the address provided during registration with BigChina.
